As an employment social enterprise,
Construct provides in-class training, on-the-job work experience, and wraparound supports to help vulnerable individuals secure long-term, well-paying careers in the construction trades. By sourcing and bidding on jobs within our community Construct turns job sites into on-the-job learning experiences helping to propel trainees into careers in the trades.
Construct’s Mission
To offer quality labour services by empowering those facing barriers to transition to autonomous and full-time employment in the trades. While you receive high-quality work from Construct’s team of professionals and their trainees, you are engaging in social change and creating a ripple effect. You are helping to change the lives of marginalized individuals who face barriers to employment. By hiring Construct, you are lifting our community’s most vulnerable out of poverty.
